Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions govern the provision of catering services by Wellness Hotel Lužan, Lužické náměstí 212, 408 01 Rumburk, Czech Republic, company ID 28728271 (the “provider”).

Enquiry and conclusion of a contract

The website serves for non-binding enquiries. Based on the enquiry the provider prepares a quotation; a contract is concluded only when both parties confirm the quotation in writing (by e-mail or by signing a contract). The scope of services, the date, the venue and the price are agreed individually.

Price and payment terms

The price is based on the confirmed quotation. The provider may require an advance payment; the balance is payable on the basis of a tax document within the period stated on it.

Changes and cancellation

The client confirms the final number of guests no later than the deadline agreed in the quotation. Cancellation terms and deadlines are agreed individually in the quotation or contract according to the scale of the event.

Allergens and food safety

On request the provider supplies allergen information in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011. The client must notify any dietary or gluten-free requirements in advance.

Complaints

Any defects must be raised by the client without undue delay, preferably during the event itself so that remedy can be arranged. Rights arising from defective performance are governed by the Czech Civil Code.
